Everyday stress and hard work of a woman is exhausting and takes a toll on the body. I personally struggled with sciatica years ago which is pain that is caused by the pinched sciatic nerve (located at the front of the body), as well as tight psoas (wraps around the body and lower back) causing shooting pain down the legs. I used strengthening exercises, stretches, and self massage to alleviate and control the symptoms. Massage Therapy works.
Some days can be overwhelming and really make one drag emotionally. Massage is proven time and time again to create balance and stability within the mind, reducing anxiousness and tension. My goal for my clients is to be the helping hands leading them to a healthier mood, performance, and overall wellbeing.
Now that I am a mommy, I understand the moments of discomfort and mentally draining hours that can inhibit you from feeling your best. I absolutely loved being pregnant, but the changes your body undergoes is difficult when not given attention. I have always used massage as a method of therapy and healing for my loved ones since I was a young girl. The effects of massage can drastically improve your mind, body and soul.
